• OFFICEAID ACCOUNTS PAYABLE (A/P) TASKS
  We at OAS start with the traditional accounts payable accounting system which provides the processes necessary to enter invoice information from vendors and pay their bills using computer generated checks.  We store all paper work associated with vendor paid bill and file into our storage area. After we print your vendor checks, check stubs are matched with vendor invoices/documentation and are stapled together and filed for future reference. OAS will include an envelope and delivery to the post office or to the client for mailing. Postage is extra.
   

• PROVIDE CONTROL
  Each client is provided with their "own personal username" and secure "password" to access our data through the internet. Our progress and status of your payables can be viewed, reports printed and payment decisions can be made by this connection. OAS does all the labor intensive responsibilities and client is responsible for decision making such as "who", "how much", "when" and "why" to print vendor payment checks.
   

• CODING
  OAS will utilize Asset / Expense accounting system when client includes coding on vendor bills. We will provide month-end trial balance totals each month for your Journal Entry into your system.
   

• REPORTS PROVIDED
  Monthly Aging, Vendor Analysis and Variance Reports are included. OAS also specializes in customized programming when requested. We can provide your reports in Microsoft Excel, Access or other formats.
   

• SET-UP OR FUNCTIONAL FEES
  We do not ask our clients to incur such costs. Our payment plan is simple and affordable. OAS terms are "PAY AS YOU GO" system. Each month OAS will e-mail a list of vendor bills keyed into our system.
